TIME MANAGEMENT


A batch of 125 Sales staff of Allianz Insurance Sri Lanka were given the exposure to “How to manage YOU’ in terms to get the maximum of 24 hours of the day on Zoom platform on 17th February 2022.

The following points were described in detail.

– Required Competencies
– The power of Greater Conscious MIND
– Proper tools in completing the task
– Controlling “Myself” makes a vital role in Managing time.

It was a “Happy moment” to retain 96% of the audience till the end of the programme of 4 hours via virtual platform.

IETS was honored to conduct 14 programmes consecutively across Sri Lanka for more than 1000 staff attached to HNB Assurance from 7th March 2023 to 6th June 2023 on the most wanted topic “Customer Experience”.

It was a great honor to meet the Sales Management Team, Bancassurance team, Call Centre and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) inspirational team during these 3 months and programmes were catered via onsite and online platforms. 

The 5 CX ENERGY VIBES concept was a new concept designed by IETS.
